Emma Sarah Tennant is a beekeeper, aromatherapist and author. Emma studied English language and literature at the Plymouth campus of the University of Exeter, and has worked as a writer and editor for almost two decades. She has written for numerous publications both under her own name and as a ghostwriter for specialist audiences. Her articles on health and beauty have appeared in the bestselling part-work magazine Enhancing Your Mind Body Spirit

Emma qualified as an aromatherapist with Neal's Yard Remedies in 2005 and she became a beekeeper at the Ealing and District Beekeepers Association in 2010. She blogs about bees, aromatherapy and natural living at Miss Apis Mellifera. Emma lives in London, England with her fiancé John Maund, five large goldfish, a colony of mason bees, and a lot of garden birds.
